Your calls never stop. When you reach 80% of your minutes we email you with two one-click options: add a block of minutes at your plan's rate ($0.49 a minute on Starter, $0.39 on Business, $0.29 on Growth, $0.19 on Enterprise), or move up a plan. If you do neither, we add one block when you reach your limit and charge it to your card on file, with a receipt each time. Top-ups are capped at the gap to the next plan up, so a month can never cost more than the plan you should have been on. Once you hit that cap we stop charging and suggest the cheaper plan instead. Most providers leave usage uncapped, which is why every review of this market warns that the headline price never covers a busy month. Setup is scoped on your free demo call — we build and tune it for you. It covers the discovery session, writing your call flows, training the agent on your services and FAQs, connecting your calendar and CRM, provisioning your number, and testing it on real calls before it answers a customer. Outbound is the AI making calls rather than taking them — following up quotes that went quiet, reactivating past customers, confirming appointments, or working through a lead list. It sits on the Enterprise plan only. We deliberately didn't spread it across the range as a paid extra: most businesses come to us because they're missing incoming calls, and for them outbound is a distraction. Yes, and we'll tell you when you should. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the cycle; downgrades start at your next billing date. We review your usage as part of ongoing management, so if you're paying for 700 minutes and using 200 we'll say so rather than quietly banking the difference.

No. Every plan, including Enterprise, is month-to-month. Cancel any time and your service runs to the end of the current billing cycle. We scope the setup properly on the demo call before either of us commits.

It's a fully customised, done-for-you service: we set your AI agent up around your business and get you live within 3 business days of kicking off. Then we spend up to 2 weeks fine-tuning it on your real calls to make sure it does the job for you, and we keep working with you to improve it from there. Complex setups — multiple locations, unusual booking systems, compliance requirements — take longer and we'll tell you that up front rather than after you've paid.

We call you, walk through how your phones work today, and show the AI handling calls for a business like yours — you'll hear it, not just see slides. If it's a fit we scope the build and quote it. If it isn't, we'll say so; we'd rather lose the sale than set up a business that was never going to get value from it.

We handle your data under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. It's encrypted in transit and at rest, call recordings and transcripts are accessible only to authorised people on your account, and we never sell caller data. Some of our service providers (AI, voice, telephony, hosting) may process data in the United States and other countries — our privacy policy at /legal/privacy lists them.
