About the founder
Niel Bennet
Founder & CEO, Aussie AI Agency
Niel Bennet is the founder of Aussie AI Agency. He studied Marketing at Deakin University and started his career at Fairfax Media. For the past 10 years he's run digital marketing and web businesses across Australia, working with small and medium-sized businesses in trades, healthcare and professional services.
He started Aussie AI Agency in 2025 because the same problem kept coming up with the businesses he worked with: calls going to voicemail while the owner was on a job, with a patient, or in a meeting, and those callers ringing the next business on the list instead. The agency builds fully customised, done-for-you AI voice receptionists that answer those calls, capture the details, book appointments and send the owner a summary.
Niel runs every free 30-minute demo himself. On the call you hear the demo AI, Steve, handle calls like yours, and Niel works out with you how your calls should be answered. The build, go-live within 3 business days and the fine-tuning that follows are described step by step on how it works, and results from live deployments are on our case studies page.
Aussie AI Agency's head office is at 240 Plenty Road, Bundoora VIC 3083. Niel is reachable at info@aussieaiagency.com.au or 0417 460 236.
