We do that work with you before you go live, then keep tuning it from real call transcripts. It's a managed service, not software you're left to configure on a Sunday night.

You're billed per minute at your plan's rate — $0.49 on Starter, $0.39 on Business, $0.29 on Growth, $0.19 on Enterprise — and then it stops. Usage charges are capped at the gap to the next plan up, so your bill can never exceed the price of the plan you should have been on. Go 20 times over your Starter minutes and you're billed $299, which is simply the Business price. Most providers leave this uncapped, which is why every review of this market warns that the headline price never covers a busy month. You can see exactly where you sit in your allowance in the portal at any time, and if you're regularly hitting the cap we'll move you to the cheaper plan rather than quietly banking the difference.

Normally $990 as a one-off — currently $499 while the launch offer runs, which is about half what comparable managed providers charge. That covers the discovery session, writing your call flows, training the agent on your services and FAQs, connecting your calendar and CRM, provisioning your number, and testing it on real calls before it answers a customer. Outbound is the AI making calls rather than taking them — following up quotes that went quiet, reactivating past customers, confirming appointments, or working through a lead list. It sits on the Enterprise plan only. We deliberately didn't spread it across the range as a paid extra: most businesses come to us because they're missing incoming calls, and for them outbound is a distraction. Yes, and we'll tell you when you should. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the rest of the cycle; downgrades start at your next billing date. We review your usage as part of ongoing management, so if you're paying for 700 minutes and using 200 we'll say so rather than quietly banking the difference.

No. Plans are month-to-month after the setup build. Cancel any time and your service runs to the end of the current billing cycle. The setup fee is one-off and non-refundable once the build is done, which is why we scope it properly on the demo call before either of us commits.

Typically five to ten business days from the demo call. Discovery and call-flow design take a couple of days, the build and integrations a few more, then we test on real calls with you before pointing your line at it. Complex setups — multiple locations, unusual booking systems, compliance requirements — take longer and we'll tell you that up front rather than after you've paid.

We call you, walk through how your phones work today, and show the AI handling calls for a business like yours — you'll hear it, not just see slides. If it's a fit we scope the build and quote it. If it isn't, we'll say so; we'd rather lose the sale than set up a business that was never going to get value from it.
